Registration is free! It gives you access to all the features of LaTeX2Web. You can upload a document, publish it and edit it. Even if you do not feel like publishing a document, registration allows you to comment and discuss documents. The only limitation is that you can upload a maximum of one document.

Once you have registered, and if you want to go further with LaTeX2Web, you can subscribe to a paid plan. For a cheap annual fee of 19 €, you can upload and publish an unlimited number of documents. The first month is free. You have a list of LaTeX2Web features here.
